What it is

PrestaShop runs your shop. Pulsa runs the warehouse behind it.

Without the integration

PrestaShop takes orders well, but it does not know which shelf a product sits on, who should pick it, or whether the last unit was just sold somewhere else. So the gap is filled by hand: orders printed from the back office, stock corrected in spreadsheets, statuses changed one by one and tracking numbers copied from the courier into each order.

With Pulsa connected

With Pulsa connected, every PrestaShop order arrives in your warehouse system with the customer and delivery details. Your team picks it with a scanner, packs it and prints the courier label. The order status and the tracking number go back to PrestaShop, and so do stock levels and prices, so the shop shows what you really have on the shelf.

You keep managing your catalogue, design, payments and promotions in PrestaShop as before. Pulsa reads your products in, so nothing is typed again, and takes over the work after the order is placed. If you run more than one PrestaShop shop, each one becomes a sales channel selling from the same stock.

Why connect it

Less typing, fewer mistakes, faster shipping

No more copying ordersOrders arrive in Pulsa by themselves, with the customer and delivery details already filled in.
Stop selling what you don't haveStock is reserved the moment an order arrives, and the new level goes back to PrestaShop and your other channels.
The right product in the boxEvery item is scanned at picking and packing, so a wrong size or colour is caught before the parcel leaves.
Customers see where their parcel isThe status and the tracking number are written back to the order in PrestaShop, without anyone typing them.
How it works, day to day

From checkout in PrestaShop to a parcel on its way

  3. 03Picked by scanA picking list sorted by rack and bin leads your team through the warehouse, and every item is scanned.
  4. 04Packed and labelledThe parcel is checked by scan and the courier label is printed.
  5. 05PrestaShop is updatedThe new status and the tracking number go back to the order, and stock and prices stay in step.

Questions about PrestaShop

What does the PrestaShop integration actually do?

It brings your PrestaShop orders and customers into Pulsa and reads your catalogue in. Stock, prices, order statuses and tracking numbers go back to the shop, while your team picks, packs and ships from Pulsa.

Do I need a developer?

No. The module installs like any PrestaShop module, and the five-step guide in Pulsa tells you what to copy where.

What does the connector module cost?

Nothing. The WMS Connector module is free, and Pulsa always offers you its newest version.

Can I connect more than one PrestaShop shop?

Yes. Each shop is connected as its own sales channel, and all of them share one stock.

How do I keep the module up to date?

Pulsa always offers the newest version of the module and shows which version each of your shops runs.

Can I also sell on marketplaces from the same stock?

Yes. Pulsa keeps one stock for all your channels. An order from any of them reserves the products, and the new stock level is sent to the others.
