DPD Local labels, with the right collection date.
Consignments and labels created as you pack, several parcels to one consignment, and a collection date worked out from your DPD collection schedule.
DPD Local consignments made from your orders, ready for collection.
Shipping with DPD Local usually means a second screen open next to your orders. Each consignment is keyed in by hand, the number of parcels is counted again, the collection date is worked out in someone's head, and the order is marked as shipped later, if anyone remembers. When the driver arrives, parcels without a label or with the wrong date hold everything up.
With Pulsa connected, the consignment is created from the order as it is packed, or for every order when a picking list is finished. One order can go as several parcels on one consignment, the label arrives as a ready-to-print PDF, and the collection date follows your DPD collection schedule. If you want, the order moves to Shipped as soon as its label is made, and the tracking link is saved on it.
You keep your own DPD Local account and rates. Pulsa signs back in to DPD by itself when its session runs out, so nobody has to watch it. This integration is for DPD Local in the United Kingdom; DPD Romania is a separate one. Cancelling stays in DPD's own platform.

Questions about DPD Local
What does the DPD Local integration do?
It creates DPD Local consignments and labels from your orders as they are packed, with a collection date from your schedule, and saves the tracking link on each order. It can also mark the order as shipped once the label is made.
Do I need a developer to set it up?
No. You add the API credentials from your DPD Local account and your collection address, then match your delivery options to DPD services.
Can one order go as several parcels?
Yes. One consignment can carry several parcels.
Can I cancel a label from Pulsa?
Labels are cancelled in DPD's own platform. Pulsa updates the order, and the orders list reminds you to cancel it at DPD.
Can I use DPD Local alongside other couriers?
Yes. Each delivery option in your shops is matched to a service, so some orders can go with DPD and others with another courier connected to Pulsa.
Is this DPD in Romania too?
No, this is DPD Local in the United Kingdom. DPD Romania is a separate integration.
