GLS parcels, ParcelShops and lockers included.
Pulsa creates the GLS parcel through MyGLS for one or several packages, with cash on delivery and delivery to the ParcelShop or ParcelLocker your customer chose, and prints a thermal or A4 label.
GLS parcels created for you, not typed by you.
Without an integration, every GLS parcel is entered by hand in MyGLS, GLS's online system: the customer's name, address and phone number, the cash on delivery amount and, for pickup orders, the ParcelShop or ParcelLocker chosen at checkout. Typing the same details twice takes time on every order, and a wrong digit or a missing amount often shows up only when the parcel comes back.
With GLS connected, the parcel is created as part of packing. The order is picked and checked by scan, and Pulsa creates the GLS parcel for one or several packages, with the cash on delivery and the customer's ParcelShop or ParcelLocker already on it. The label prints on a thermal printer or on A4, and a parcel can be cancelled from the orders list if something changes.
Your GLS contract and pickups stay as they are. The integration is made for GLS Romania; MyGLS is the same system in Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia, so if you ship from there, tell us and we'll check it with you. GLS can open a test environment for your account, and automatic parcels start switched off.

Questions about GLS
What does the GLS integration do?
It creates GLS parcels through MyGLS from your orders in Pulsa, for one or several packages, with cash on delivery and ParcelShop or ParcelLocker deliveries, and prints a thermal or A4 label. A parcel can also be cancelled from the orders list.
Can customers collect from a ParcelShop or locker?
Yes. The ParcelShop or ParcelLocker the customer picks in your shop goes onto the parcel.
I ship with GLS outside Romania. Does it work?
The integration is made for GLS Romania. MyGLS is the same system in Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia, so tell us your country and we'll check it with you.
Can I collect cash on delivery?
Yes. The amount goes on the parcel.
Can I test it before real orders go out?
Yes. GLS can open a test environment for your account, and a test list of customer emails and a start date limit the first real parcels to the orders you pick.
Can I ship with GLS and other couriers?
Yes. Each delivery option in your shops is mapped to a courier service, so GLS can carry some orders while another courier connected to Pulsa carries others.
