Your WooCommerce orders, picked and shipped from one stock.
One WordPress plugin and one code connect your shop. Orders come in, statuses go back, and stock and prices stay the same in both places.
WooCommerce sells. Pulsa runs the warehouse behind it.
WooCommerce is a good place to sell, but it was not built to run a warehouse. It does not know which shelf a product is on or who should pick it, and stock kept by hand drifts away from what is really there. Orders get printed, statuses get changed one at a time, and an item sold on another channel can still look available in the shop.
With Pulsa connected, your shop queues every new order and Pulsa collects it, so an order is not lost if the connection drops for a while. Your team picks it with a scanner, packs it and prints the courier label. Each status change goes back to WooCommerce, and stock and prices are sent the other way, so the shop matches your shelves.
You keep running WordPress and WooCommerce as before: products, design, payments and plugins stay where they are. Products are matched on SKU or EAN, and Pulsa only switches the connection on after it has checked that it can reach your shop and your shop can reach Pulsa.
Less typing, fewer mistakes, faster shipping

- 04Packed and labelledThe parcel is checked by scan and the courier label is printed.

Questions about WooCommerce
What does the WooCommerce integration actually do?
It brings every WooCommerce order into Pulsa, sends order statuses back as your team works, and keeps stock and prices the same in the shop and in the warehouse.
Do I need a developer?
No. You install one plugin and paste one code; the five-step guide in Pulsa shows each step.
What happens if the connection drops for a while?
Orders wait in your shop's queue and reach Pulsa when the connection is back.
How are my products matched?
By SKU or EAN: a product with the same code in both places is linked automatically.
Will anything change in my shop before I am ready?
No. The connection is switched on only after Pulsa has checked both directions, and until then nothing is sent to your shop.
Can I sell on WooCommerce and on marketplaces from the same stock?
Yes. Pulsa keeps one stock for all your channels. An order from any of them reserves the products, and the new stock level is sent to the others.
